RESOLUTION TO CANVASS RESULTS OF THE
CITY ELECTION
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2010
GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS: The City of Otsego held an election for a two Council Members and one
special election of a two year Council Member on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 during
the General Election with 4,737 persons voting.
WHEREAS: On this 8th day of November, 2010 the City Council has met to canvass
said elections results;
WHEREAS: The votes tabulated at said election were:
TWO COUNCIL MEMBERS — Term of 4 Years Number of Votes
Tom Darkenwald 2,177
Vern Heidner 1,949
Jerry Struthers 11,423

ONE COUNCIL MEMBER — Term of 2 Years Number of Votes

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Otsego City Council that the official election
results for two City Council seats for each a Four Year Term (2011-2014) shall be Tom
Darkenwald and Vern Heidner and one City Council seat for a Two Year Term (2011-
2012) shall be Doug Schroeder.
Adopted this 8th day of November, 2010.
