However, we will very possiblY be eiigible for r__,tate Aid Funds to cover that cost. The dead line for the Istea ge Grant is January 11, !99`• The city must match at !east 20% of grant obtained. Merlin feels we have a icod chance because the State wants to use the money for transportation needs such as our bike trail. Darlene Solberg moved that we apply for the 14';� Tstea grant. WINTER ACTIVITIES; Tom Saillargeon reported that the ice rink Should be flooded next :seek and be ready to open Dec. 19th. Tom Baillargeon will check with the City of Elk River about renting their Cross country ski trail groomer. The let Annual Visit from Santa will be Decamber 17th.
