RESOLUTION NO. 2016-19
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 3, SECTION 4, HERITAGE
PRESERVATION COMMISSION, OF THE CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change the membership of the Heritage
Preservation Commission from seven to five members; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City
and residents to amend the existing ordinance relating to the Heritage Preservation Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Otsego hereby adopts as follows:
The attached amended City Code, Chapter 3, Section 4, Heritage Preservation Commission
is hereby adopted.
The following vacant seats are hereby eliminated:
1. Vacant seat with term ending 2019
2. Vacant seat with term ending 2020
