MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 9, 2002 - 7:00 PM
1. Chair Mike Day will call meeting to order.
Mike Day called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call:
Park & Recreation Commission: Mike Day, Tom Constant, Rose
Cassady, Terry Long, Pauline Nelson, and Jessica Stockamp.
Absent: Jim Gaikowski and Tom Baillargeon.
Councilmembers: CM Jerry Struthers.
Approval of Agenda - Commissioner Constant, seconded by
Commissioner Cassady, moved to approve the agenda as
presented. Carried 6-0.
Approval of Minutes - Commissioner Constant, seconded by
Commissioner Nelson, moved to approve the minutes of
September, 11, 2002. Carried 6-0.
Haunted House - Commissioners discussed final preparations
for the Haunted House.
Otsego Festival - Commissioners reviewed the Otsego Festival
and discussed what worked and what could be changed next
year.
Adjournment - Commissioner Constant, seconded by
Commissioner Cassady, moved to adjourn. Carried 6-0.
