RESOLUTION NO. 2003-62
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT- 87'h STREET NE AND O'BRIAN AVENUE
ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO,,
Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement by application of bituminous
surface of 87`h Street between O' Brian Avenue and Odean Avenue and O' Brian
Avenue from 85`h Street to the North plat line of Vasseur's Oak Grove Estates,
filed with the Council on July 14, 2003, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is
made in conformity to Minn. Stat. 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City's Engineers, Hakanson Anderson &
Associates, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 14`h day of July, 2003.
