4.2 Lahn:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning from A-1 District to R-5 District.
B. Planned Unit Development -Conditional Use Permit (PUD -CUP) and
Preliminary Plat of 345 single family lots.
4.3 Schulz:
A. Variance from front yard setback requirements.
5. Update on City Council actions.
6. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
