CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, KleinBank has made a cash donation of two bicycles to the City of
Otsego to be used by the Parks and Recreation Commission for event programming;
and,
WHEREAS, the bicycles donated to the City have an approximate value of one
hundred twenty ($120.00) dollars; and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of
real or personal property be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the
governing body; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks KleinBank for their generous
donation and for its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Otsego
that the donation by the KleinBank is hereby accepted.
