CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the Otsego Denny's Restaurant has made a donation of five (5) gift
cards having a total cash value of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the City of Otsego to be used
by the Parks and Recreation Commission for event programming; and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of
real or personal property be accepted only with adoption of a resolution of the
governing body; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks Otsego Denny's Restaurant for
their generous donation and for its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Otsego
that the donation by Otsego Denny's Restaurant is hereby accepted.
