Recommend accepting Requests for Reconsideration results from Springsted.

BACKGROUNDMUSTIFICATION:
The appeals process for the recently adopted classification of city positions closed on February 10. Two
appeals were received and submitted to Springsted for review.
Springsted issued results of the Requests for Reconsideration on February 23, 2016. The determination
being that the supplemental information included in the appeal applications was consistent with and
part of the original evaluations; therefor, no change is recommended for either the City Clerk or the
Utility Billing position.
