Call to Order.
Chair Angie Dehn called the work session meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Angie Dehn; Commissioners: Jim Breitbach, Corey Tanner, Cara Husak,
Susan Krekelberg and Michael Stanga.
Absent: Commissioners Doug Cassady and Derrick Stark.
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp.
Staff: Ross Demant, Parks and Recreation Director, Amy Stemler, Recreation Lead and
Connie Schwecke, Recreation Administrative Assistant.
Others in attendance: Charles Vonberg
1. Otsego Parks and Recreation Goals Setting_
1.1 Parks and Recreation Departmental Goals.
Parks and Recreation Director Demant presented a power point presentation on
developing goals for the five areas of the department.
• Recreation
• Parks
• Senior Center
• Prairie Center
• Long Term Departmental Goals
The Parks and Recreation Commissioners discussed the need to develop goals
and action steps to provide direction for the successful and future development
of the department.
"OTSEGO PARKS AND RECREATION, THROUGH ITS EMPLOYEES AND
VOLUNTEERS, IS COMMITTED TO PERSERVING HERITAGE WHILE PROVIDING
QUALITY AND INNOVATIVE SERVICES, PARKS, AND PROGRAMS TO
