CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE RELATED TO THE HERITAGE
PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 3-4-2.A of the City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
A. The Heritage Preservation Commission shall consist of five (5) members,
all of whom are appointed by majority vote of the City Council.
Section 2. Section 3-4-3.A.3 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
3. Any site inspection involving three (3) or more members as a group
must be scheduled and noticed as a Special Meeting of the
Heritage Preservation Commission.
Section 3. Section 3-4-3.0 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
C. A quorum of the Heritage Preservation Commission shall consist of three
(3) members.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
