RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENTS - TRUNK WATER MAIN AND TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION IMPROVEMENT TO SERVE THE E %z OF THE SW %a OF
SECTION 35, T121N, R23W (BOBENDRIER PROPERTY)
WEHEREAS , a request has been made by a Developer (Suburban Land Development
and Design, Inc.) for the City to construct trunk water main and trunk sanitary sewer
extension improvement to serve the E %z of the SW '/ of Section 35, T121N, R23W
(Bobendrier Property); and
WHEREAS, the benefited properties would either pay for their portion of the cost of the
improvement by Agreement, or would be assessed for their portion of the cost of the
improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL,
WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA as follows:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineers, Hakanson, Anderson
& Associates, Inc. for study and they are instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended, subject to Developer entering into an agreement to
pay all costs of the report (sewer and water), and submitting sufficient escrow to pay for the
report.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 22nd day of September, 2003.
