RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE 87th STREET AND O'BRIAN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
AND
REQUESTING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE 85TH STREET
AND PAGE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on September 8,
2003, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for
the 87TH Street and O'Brian Avenue Reconstruction Project, COP 03-11;
And has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, dated October 10, 2003, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Engineer shall solicited quotes for a Change Order to the 85th
Street and Page Avenue Improvement Project for the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications.
