Staff recommends hiring Nicolas Jacobs for the Park Maintenance II position.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The individual currently being recommended for the position of Park Maintenance II position has over 2
years' experience in park maintenance and currently holds a Class "A" driver's license.
The recruitment process included 2 rounds of interviews, including a skills test. If approved, Nick will
start on March 29th, 2016 at a pay grade 6, step 1.
