A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY, AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MACIVER AVENUE BETWEEN 80TH STREET AND 60TH STREET AND 70TH
STREET FROM MACIVER AVENEUT TO'/4 MILE EAST.
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study
for the improvement on the 25th day of August, 2003; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 13' day of October, 2003 and
declares the improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $2,500,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF Otsego, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost—effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall prepare the plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
