BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
• Vintage Golf Inc, DBA Riverwood National On Sale License, Special Sunday License
and Off Sale License
• Vintage Golf Inc, DBA Vintage Golf Course, 3.2% Alcohol License and Wine License
The liquor license applications for Vintage Golf, Inc. (No longer owned but still operated by Chris and
Linda Bulow) were originally sent to Chris and Linda Bulow the middle of May, 2012. The applicant for
these licenses is Highland Bank. Original forms were signed by a representative of the bank instead of
the President and Vice President listed on the application. The BCA would not do a background check
without the Authorization for Release forms and Tennessen Warning forms completed and signed by the
President and Vice President. City staff contacted the Bulow's a number of times letting them know the
issue. Ms. Bulow brought in a copy of originals on Tuesday, June 12 and said the originals were in the
mail. June 28, 2012 Ms. Bulow dropped off the originals.
The current license expired on June 30, 2012. The City Council has called a Special Meeting to consider
the Liquor License.
