RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 22nd Day of March 2004,
ordering Hakanson Anderson Associates to prepare Plans and Specifications for City of
Otsego Lift Station #4 (E3 of West Sanitary Sewer District).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 22nd day of March 2004.
