RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 29th day of March, 2004,
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Quaday Avenue NE
from 78th Street NE to CSAH No. 37, including excavation, aggregate base, curb and
gutter, bituminous surfacing and drainage improvements.
AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of April, 2004, at
which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Amended
Feasibility Report dated April 21, 2004, and in the council resolution adopted
26th day of April , 2004.
