RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENTS — TRUNK WATERMAIN, TRUNK SANITARY
SEWER, TRUNK STORMWATER AND CITY STREETS
IN OTSEGO WATERFRONT EAST
WHEREAS, a request has been made by LandCor, Inc. for the City to construct water
main, sanitary sewer, stormwater and city street improvements within Otsego Waterfront
East; and
WHEREAS, the benefited properties would either pay for the cost of the improvement
by Agreement, or would be assessed for their portion of the cost of the improvements,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL,
WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA as follows:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineers, Hakanson, Anderson
& Associates, Inc. for study and they are instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the council of the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Otsego City Council to hereby require the
Petitioner, LandCor, Inc., submit an escrow with the estimated amount of the cost of the
Feasibility Report ($5,000.00) and agree to pay any costs in excess of that amount as per
the City of Otsego and Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc.'s Contract.
