RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Construction of
Improvement Project No. 04-07, Otsego Well #6, a bid was received, opened, tabulated
according to law and negotiated for the Electrical and SCADA portions of the project as
described in Bid Items No. 30 and No. 38, and the following bid complies with the
advertisement:
Automatic Systems Company $ 54,098.00
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Automatic Systems Company of St. Paul, MN is
the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Automatic Systems Company of St. Paul, MN in the name of Otsego Well
#6 Construction, Electrical and SCADA Bid Items No. 30 and No. 38, according to the
plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the bid bonds made with their bids, except that the bid bond of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
