RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the hiring of the following employees as seasonal park employees with their rate of pay:
Returning Staff:
Jim Gornick $13.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Josh Schwecke $10.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The returning employees are in good standing with the City and all have passed a back ground check.
Each employee will be scheduled for a drug test before their first day of employment. Their duties will
include mowing, weed whipping, ball field maintenance and general park maintenance. The start dates
for each of the employees will vary depending on their availability and the current staffing structure
outlined in the 2016 budget.
