Staff recommends the hiring of three summer seasonal employees for the Streets Department.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Streets Department has confirmed with three prior summer seasonal employees that they wish to
return for another season. Dirk Udee, Trevor Schwartz and Caleb Reese have all been great additions to
our summer staff and they have performed very well on the job. They have all passed the drug and
background checks and two of the employees would be able to work the week of the 15th of May and
the third would be available the first week of June.

Motion to hire returning summer seasonal employees Dirk Udee at $13/hr., Caleb Reese at $10/hr., and
Trevor Schwartz at $10/hr.
