A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE
ELK RIVER - ROGERS VFW POST 5518
WHEREAS, The Elk River - Rogers VFW Post 5518 has made application
To the State Gambling Control Board to Conduct a One Day
Event; and,
WHEREAS, The One Day Permit will allow pull -tables and paddlewheels
Gambling on the premises of the Elk River - Rogers VFW site
Located at 7350 Quaday Avenue NE, Otsego, MN for the period
Of One day of August 7, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Otsego, Minnesota that a One Day Gambling Permit be granted to the Elk River -
Rogers VFW POST 5518 to allow pull tabs and paddlewheels operations at the
site of 7350 Quaday Avenue NE in the City of Otsego.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of June, 2004.
