RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
OF MACIVER AVENUE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 14th day of June, 2004,
approved the plans and ordered the advertisement for bids and set a bid opening day of
July 8, 2004
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTESGA MINNESOTA:
1. Bids have been received and accepted by the City Council on the 12th day
of July, 2004.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report
dated August 2003 and in the council resolution adopted 25th day of
August, 2003.
3. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement.
Adopted by the council this 12th day of Ady 12004.
