Recommend setting a meeting date to discuss the Albertville Otsego Joint Fire Services Study.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Springsted, Inc., is nearing completion of the Albertville Otsego Joint Fire Services Study and, prior to
drafting the final document, Nick Dragisich would like to meet with each city individually and
subsequently in a joint meeting to gather additional input from both cities.
The tentative date selected for the meeting with the Otsego City Council is June 13 following the regular
meeting. The joint meeting with the Albertville City Council is tentatively set for June 20 at 5:30 at
Albertville. The Albertville City Council meets next on June 4 and will discuss setting the joint meeting
date at that time. Therefore, calling the joint meeting can occur on June 13 after Albertville confirms
that the date is acceptable to them.
