A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A FRONTAGE ROAD AT CR 39 AT TH 101
WHEREAS, The City of Otsego has the authority to accept a turn back of a frontage
road on TH 101 as seen in red on Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Transportation will turn back the frontage
road on Exhibit A when a release letter can be typed up at it's earliest convenience.
WHEREAS, The City of Otsego accepts the frontage road as seen in red on Exhibit A as
soon as a release letter can be issued.
WHEREAS, This resolution does not grant municipal approval for TH 101 interchange
as a whole or agrees on a cost share, but rather discusses land rights.
