A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
A RESOLUTION TO GRANT A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT TO THE
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION AT TH 101 AT CR 39
WHEREAS, The City of Otsego has accepted a frontage road at CR 39 as seen in red on
Exhibit B.
WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Transportation will need a temporary right
to use lands previously given to the City of Otsego to construct an interchange at CR 39
as outlined in blue on Exhibit B.
WHEREAS, In Exhibit B outlined in blue the City agrees to grant a permit to construct
to the Department of Transportation until interchange construction is complete.
WHEREAS, In return for construction of an interchange at CR 39, the City agrees to
not vacate or convey lands outlined in blue on Exhibit B until interchange construction is
complete.
WHEREAS, This resolution does not grant municipal approval for TH 101 interchange
as a whole or agrees on a cost share, but rather discusses land rights.
