Call to Order.
Chair Black called the meeting to order at 7.00 PM.

City Council; CM Vern Heldner. Staffil Daniel Licht, City Planner; and Taal Loff, City
Clerk.

September 1 2012 Planninci Commission Meeting.
Commissioner Stritesky motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Nicholso All in Favor. lotion carried.
2. Public Hearingitem:
2.1 Amend Section 37 0f the Zoning Ordinance regardiagsicins for
commercial and industrial uses.
City Planner Licht presented the staff report.
Chair Black opened the pubic hearing at 7.02 PM. Hearing no public comments Chair
Black closed the public hearing at 7:03 PM,
Commissioner Thompson motioned to approve an ordinance amending the
Sign Ordinance in the form attached hereto,, Seconded by Commissioner
Sfritesky, All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Discussion item-:
3.1 Comprehensive Pian update.
City Planner Licht presented the potential Land Use Plan. City Planner Licht said the
next meeting will be to review the Comprehensive Plan document in final form.
4 Update an Ciuncil actions.
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions,
5. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
The Planning Commission will meet at City Hall for a Workshop on November 5.
6. Adjourn.
Commissioner Thompson motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Strifes Ai! ' Favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:21 PM.
