Cal! to Order.
Vice Chair Thompson called the meeting to order at 7;00 PM.
Roll Call. Vice Chair David Thompson; Commissioners. Richard Nichols, Aaron Stritesky
and Tim Koller. Absent; Pam Black, Tommie Fallon and Brian Gerken.
City Council: CM Vern Heidner, Staff: Daniel Licht, City Planner; and Tam! Loft, City
Clerk.
1. Consider the fallowing minutes.
i.i October 15 2012 Plannina Commission Meeting.
Commissioner Nichols motioned to approve. Seconded by Commissioner
Stritesky. All in favor. Motion carried.
2, Public Hearin item;
2.i. Comprehensive Plan update.
Vice Chair Thompson opened the Public Hearing at 7;06 PM.
City Planner Licht reviewed the draft Comprehensive Plan document,
City Clerk Luff attested that all the groper noticing,, posting and publishing has been
completed. Vice Chair Thompson requested any public comment. Hearing no public
comment Vice Chair Thompson closed the Public Hearing at 7:29 PM.
Commissioner Nichols motioned to approve sending the Comprehensive Plan
update to the City Council for consideration, Seconded by Commissioner
Koller. All in favor, Motion carried.
3. Update on City Council actions,,
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions.
4. Update on future Panning Commission Agenda. items.
City Clerk Loff said there are no items at this time.
