RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the hiring of the following employees as recreation program employees.
Connie Schwecke $14.00 per hour
Josh Schwecke $10.00 per hour

BACKGROU NDIJUSTIFICATI ON:
The Parks and Recreation Department would like to hire Josh Schwecke and Connie Schwecke to assist
with recreation programs. Josh will be used primarily to assist with programs and events and his time
will be factored into the cost that is charged for those events. Connie Schwecke will be assisting the
department with administrative duties, day to day operations of Prairie Center, cleaning Prairie Center,
which includes cleaning, and building supervision. This position is in the 2013 Parks and Recreation
Budget in the amount of $5,000.
