RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by the City, a report has been prepared
by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to improvements of the
frontage road in the commercial area immediately north and west of CSAH 39
and CSAH 42.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the
proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Otsego MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvements of streets, storm sewer,
sanitary sewer, and water main in accordance with the report and the
assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $250,000.00.
A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of
November, 2004, in the council chambers of the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
