Mayor Jessica Stockar p called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

A Consider Resolution 2012-66 acceptina donation of a conference table from Clem
arkenw ld.
City Administrator Johnson thanked Clem and Idona Darkenwald for their donation of
conference table for City Hall.
CM Hefner motioned to approve Resolution 2012-66. Seconded CM Schroeder. All
in favor Notion carried.

City Administrator Johnson gave an update on Strategic Planning iters and passed out
Information on a possible survey cor panyt
City Administrator Johnson stated the Wright County Public Transportation meeting Is tomorrow
at 1:30 ars. fps, Johnson will be attending with the City Engineer and they will present the our
project recommendations. City staff will report back after the meeting.
City Administrator Johnson said the 1-94 Chamber candidate forum for Otsego candidates has
been canceled.
There was s discussion of future meetings and work sessions. The following were set.
October 22, 6 PM Workshop on Comprehensive Plan; 7" PM regular meeting; ting; directly following
the regular meeting CIP Workshopir
November 1 , 7 PM regular meeting; directly following the regular meeting to discuss the
Sever and Water Fate Study,, the Water,, Serer, and Building Safety Budgets, and other related
