Chair Black called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM,
Roll Call, Chair Pam Black; Commissioners: David Thompson, Richard Nichols, and
Aaron Stritesky, Absent: Tammle Fallon, Brian Gerten and Jim Kalles.

1.. August 6 2012 Planninci Commission Meeting.
Commissioner Thompson motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Nichols, All in favor. Motion*carried.
2, Non -Public Hearin items:
2.1 Zoning ordinance update Le-garding signs.
City Planner Licht presented the staff report,, Commissioner Nichols said under the
section of Additional Signs it states one additional double sided sign. City Planner Licht
said should be just additional double sided signs removing one. CM Heidner said under
Illumination #3 is that referring to a light behind or in front. City Plattner Licht said a
light meter to the dace of the sign. Commissioner Nichols said related to that item
should LED be listed separately, City Planner Licht said it is measured under the #2
provision,
Commissioner Nichols motioned to ca[[ a Public Hearing, Seconded by
Commissioner Strites(cy. All in favor. Motion carried.
2,2 Comprehensive Flan update.
City Planner Licht presented a draft Policy Plan chapter.
3. Update an Ci Council actions.
CM Neidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions.
4. Update on future Plannina Commission Agenda items.
The nem Planning Commission meeting will be October 15, 20.29
