Calf to Order.
Chair Back called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Rall Call: Chair Pam Black; Commissioners: David Thompson, Richard Nichols, and
Aaron Stritesky, Absent: Tommie Fallon, Brian Gerten and Jim Kolles.
City Council: CM Vern Heldner. Staff. Daniel Licht,, City Planner; and Tami Loff, City
Clerk.
1, Consider the followinaminutes,

Commissioner Thompson motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Nichols. All in favor. Motion' carried.
2. Non -Public Hearing items;
2A Zoning Ordinance update regardina si ns.
City Planner Licht presented the staff report. Commissioner Nichols said under the
section of Additional Signs it states one additional double sided sign, City Planner Lich
said should be just additional double sided signs removing one. CM Heidner said under
Illumination #3 is that referring to a light behind or in front. City Planner Licht said a
light meter to the face of the sign. Commissioner Nichols said related to that idem
should LSD be fisted separately. City Planner Licht said it is measured under the #2
provision.
Commissioner Nichols motioned to call a Public Hearing. Seconded by
Commissioner 5tritesky. All in favor. Motion carried.
2.2 Comprehensive Plan update.
City Planner Licht presented a draft Policy Flan chapter.
3. Update an City Council actions.
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions.
4, Update on future Plannina Commission Agenda iters.
The next Planning Commission meeting will be October 15, 20.2.
