RESOLUTION . 2012-65
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the
City subject to restrictions set forth in the City Code;
WHEREAS, the Rogers Youth Hockey Association has submitted a complete application
for premises charitable gambling at Cowboy .lacks Saloon and has met the criteria set
forth in the City Cade;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that Rogers Youth Hockey Association request for a premise permit at
Cowboy lacks Saloon, 9010 Quantrelle Avenue NE, Suite 100, Otsego, MN 55330
hereby approved.
