The City Council has adopted Resolution 2012-32 establishing a policy regarding gifts and donations to
the City. Clean and Ido na Da ens aId have donated a 12' conference table fort the Pleasant Grove
conference room at the City Hall Public Works building. The donation meets the criteria of theCity's
donation policy.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A CONFERENCE l l TABLE FOR
THE PLEASANT GROVE CONFERENCE ROOM
WH E REAS, Clea and fd na Darkenwald have donated a 12' conference table for the
use in the Pleasant Grove Conference Room, , and
WHEREAS, the City has adopted Resolution lution 2012 — 32 establishing a policy regarding
gifts and donations to the City; and,
WHEREAS, the donation from Clea and Nona Darkenwald is consistent with the criteria
and intent of the policy; and
WHEREAS, the City is Very appreciative for the donated conference room table.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED LED the City Council of the City of Otsego that
the donation from Glenn and Id na Darkenwald is hereby accepted.
