NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED CITY PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT
FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY -LOT 1, BLOCK 19 MIS SIS SIS SPI SNORES
EIGHTH ADDITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Otsego,
Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at a meeting of the Council beginning at 7:00 p.m.,
on Monday, March 25, 2013 to be held at the Otsego Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua.
Avenue NE, Otsego, Minnesota, on the proposal that the City abate property taxes levied
by the City on Parcel Identification Number 118-216-00101 located at 15 590 90'1' Street
NE. The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the Property for
up to a maximum of ten (10) year period will be not more than $25,000. The City
Council will consider granting a property tax abatement in response to the request.
Information about the proposed tax abatement and a copy of the draft Tax
Abatement Agreement for the recipient is available for inspection at the City Hall during
regular business hours.
All interested persons may appear at the March 25 public hearing and present their
views orally or in writing.
