OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

Call to Order.
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason Warehime and Doug
Schroeder. Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Lori Johnson, City Administrator;
Adam Flaherty, Finance Director and Tami Loff, City Clerk. Also present, Nancy Schulzetenberg,
BerganKDV, Audit Partner.
1. Review Audit.
Ms. Nancy Schulzetenberg reviewed the audit findings and the 2015 Comprehensive Annual
Financial Report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015 and Communication Letter. The
findings expressed an unmodified opinion on financial statements. There were no difficulties or
disagreements. It is expected that the 2015 report conforms to the Certificate of Achievement
program and the report will be submitted to the GFOA to determine the City's eligibility for
another certificate.
The CAFR report is on the regular City Council meeting agenda for consideration this evening.
2. Adjourn.
CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:37 PM.
