Approve calling the Special meeting listed below to be held at Prairie Center, 8899 Nashua Avenue NE.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
At the June 15, 2016 Administrative Subcommittee meeting the Committee reviewed quotes from
Wright- Hennepin Security for upgrades to the City Hall and Prairie Center fire alarms, burglary, cameras
and card access system. The Committee recommends a Special Meeting on July 11, 2016 at 6:30 PM to
review security reports. This meeting may be closed under Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subdivision 3(d).
Josh Neisch from W-H Security will be present to answer any questions the City Council may have as well
as Department heads.
