Calf to Order.
Vice Chair Thompson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll I rl: Vice Chair David Thompson; Commissioners: Richard Nichols,, Aaron Stritesky
and Jim Kolles. Absent: Pari Black, Tammie Fallon and Brian G rt n,
City Council: CM Vern Heidner. Staff; Daniel Licht, City Planner; and Tari Loffir City
Clerk.
1, Consider the followina minutes.

Commissioner Nichols motioned to approve, Seconded by Commissioner
Stritesky. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Public Hearing item:
2.1 Comprehensive Plan update.
Vice Chair Thompson opened the Public Hearing at 7.06 PM,
City Planner Licht reviewed the draft Comprehensive Plan document.
City Clerk Loft attested that all the proper noticing, posting and publishing has been
completed. Vice Chair Thompson requested any public comment. Hearing no public
comment Vice Chair Thompson closed the Public Hearing at 7:29 PM,
Commissioner Nichols motioned to approve sending the Comprehensive Plan
update to the City Council for consideration. Seconded by Commissioner
Kolles. All in favor. Motion carried.
3. Update on Cir Council actions.
CM Heidner updated the Commissioners on City Council actions.
4__.., Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
City Clerk Loff said there are no items at this time.
Adjourn.
Commissioner Stritesky motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Koller. All in Favor, Motion carried. Adjourned a 7:41 PMx
