Recommend the hiring of the following individual In the position of Recreation Program lead.

The Parks and Recreation Department would like to hire Argy Stemler as a Recreation Lead. Amy is
currently In her fifth month as a volunteer for the Parks and Recreation Department. During those flare
months Amy has started the My little library Program, and the Tiny Tot program. Currently, the Tiny
Tot program averages about 35 kids and adults each Thursday. Due to the time commitment ent of running
the Tim Tot program and the possibilities of creating other programs, City staff would like to hire Amy
to assist with these programs. Amy would still continue her volunteer efforts with the My Little Library
Program.
