$100.00, 3.2 Liquor off sale $100.00 and intoxicating liquor on sale $4,500.00.

Annually, the Council reviews proposed fees to be adopted as part of the City Cade for the upcoming
year. The City Council approved the 2013 fee schedule on December 10, 2012 which included the liquor
license fee adjustments in Ordinance 2012-19, State Statute 340A.408 Subd. 3(a) requires a 30 day
public hearing notice to all affected licensees on adjustments related to Ort -Sale intoxicating, Off -sale
intoxicating and 3.2 percent malt liquor license. That being said all licensees have been given notice for
the following adjustments to the liquor license fees.
0 License Fees: After analyzing surrounding cities fees, City staff is recommending the following
adjustments to the liquor license fees; 3.2 Liquor on sale $100.0% 3.2 Liquor off sale $100.00
and intoxicating liquor on sale $4,500.00. The other fees are suggested to remain the same.
