RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
89th Street and Parell Avenue
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of 89th Street from
Page Avenue to Parell Avenue and Parell Avenue from 89th Street to CSAH 39, filed
with the council on February 14, 2005, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minn. Statute 429.035.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
The petition is hereby referred to Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for study who is
hereby authorized and directed to report to the council with all convenient speed
advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
necessary, cost -effect, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 14th day of February 2005.
