RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING
ONIMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council adopted February 28, 2005, a
report has been prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the
improvement of 89th Street NE from Page Avenue NE to Parell Avenue NE, and Parell
Avenue NE from 89th Street NE to CSAH 39 and this report was received by the council
on February 28th, 2005;
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Otsego MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvements of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $ 41,650.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of
March, 2005, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law.
