A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY, AND DIRECTING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS
IN MISSISSIPPI SHORES 6T" AND 7T" ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study
for the improvement on the 14th day of February, 2005; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 14th day of March, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the feasibility study and declares
the improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $692,319.60
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF Otsego, MINNESOTA:
To hereby receive the feasibility report with an estimated total cost of
improvements of $692,319.60, subject to limited amendments in conformance with
owners approved plan.
Adopted by the council this 14th day of March 2005.
