A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMENDED FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR
TRUNK WATERMAIN, TRUNK SANITARY SEWER, TRUNK STORMWATER
AND CITY STREETS
IN OTSEGO WATERFRONT EAST
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the preparation of a feasibility study
for the improvement on the 24th day of May 2004; and
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 12th day of June and declares
the improvement feasible, for an estimated cost of $2,529,027;
WHEREAS, such feasibility study was amended to include changes as per
the Otsego Waterfront East Development Agreement by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. and presented to the Council on the 11 th day of April and declares
the improvement feasible for an estimated cost of $3,000,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost—effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall prepare the plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 11th day of April 2005.
