RESOLUTION ORDERING
PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Municipal Sanitary Sewer & Water to Southeast Otsego
WHEREAS, a certain petition requested municipal sanitary sewer and water to
southeast Otsego, was sent to the council on April 6, 2005.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA:
That the petition be hereby referred to Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for study
and is hereby authorized and directed to report to the council with all convenient speed
advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
necessary, cost -effect, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of April 2005.
