A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS Fo THE IMPROVEMENT OF LABEAUX AVENUE FROM
75TH STREET To 80TH STREET
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 11 th day of March

2013, ordering Hakanson Anderson to prepare plans and specifications for the
Improvement of LaBeaux Avenue from 75th Street to Both street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE
CITY of OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
`l. Hakanson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare are plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
