NOW THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED Y THE CITY COUNCIL of OTSEG ,
MINNESOTA,
I . The council will consider the making of such improvement in accordance
with the report
and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444 with the estimated total
cost of the improvement being $44,144.
public hearing shall be held on such proposed storm grater improvement
on the 1 Ith day
of March 2013 in the council chambers located at Prairie Center, 8899
Nashua Avenue
at 7;00 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
