RESOLUTION DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO SERVE NOTICE of
CANCELLATION of OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT ON PEOPLESERVICE INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego o S Go and PE P ES RVIC , INC.
(PEOPLESERVICE) entered into a five year Operation andMaintenance
Agreement dated June 9, 2013; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement was Amended on July 1, 2009 and April 1, 2010,
neither amendment ` ects the conditions of Agreement termination; and
WHERE AS Alticle V of the Agreement states that the Agreement will
automatically renew for successive one year terms unless written notice o
cancellation is given by either party no less than ninety days prior to the date
of expiration.
NOW THEREORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conch of the City of
Otsego, WrightCounty, Minnesota as follows:
City staff ' are hereby directcd to cause written notice of cancellation of the
Operation and Maintenance Agreement to be delivered to PE PESERVICE
more than ninety days prior to the expiration of the Operation and Maintenance
Agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions of that Agreement.
